Support Networks
SPF/SCDF Safety and Security Watch Groups connect neighbouring buildings by location, share practices/resources and can provide a free Police security survey. Owners/managers can contact a nearby Neighbourhood Police Centre or spf_sswg@spf.gov.sg to register.
Communications and Stakeholders
Keep staff and next-of-kin contact directories current and maintain key customers, suppliers and alternative partners for disrupted vendors. Official templates record employee contacts, next-of-kin, CPR skills/allergies; assign response-team communication/HR functions; and map a call tree. Reliable communications reduce confusion and help restore operations.
