The Act took effect on 9 June 2025. Existing RFA registrations became CSP registrations automatically without a new transition fee, retaining their expiry dates, client lists and employee access. RQI registrations also transitioned. Renewal under the new regime uses a two-year period, with S$400 for CSPs and S$200 for RQIs. Providers must update their service types and meet the new duties and renewal criteria.
