Key Points
The official page separates CSPs from RQIs and cancellations from suspensions under the relevant Acts. Entries identify the registration, legal basis and effective date. Because the list is updated regularly and suspensions can have defined durations, consult the current entry rather than assuming that an old notice establishes today’s status. The source is a regulatory-status resource, not a ranking of service quality.
Read Regulatory Entries as Dated Status Evidence
As practical preparation, match a provider by its legal name and UEN rather than a trading name alone. Check the CSP section separately from the individual RQI section, then identify whether the entry records cancellation or suspension. Retain the legal basis and effective date with the name when using an entry for procurement or compliance checks.
The page retains entries under both the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024 and the earlier ACRA Act 2004 regime. A historic breach description should not automatically be restated as a finding under the newer Act. Likewise, a suspension expressed as a defined period is evidence of that dated regulatory action, not proof by itself of the person’s present filing authority or reinstatement. Check current registration information through ACRA’s linked registration-checking resources when present status matters.
For an internal record, note the date checked and retain the exact published entry or source link. Resolve similar names using the identifier before drawing conclusions. The list does not establish the outcome of unrelated client work, service quality or guilt in matters not stated. If your own firm is affected, compare the published entry with the actual notice and seek clarification from ACRA about any unresolved status discrepancy.
