Rest Protection for Near-Full-Time Patterns
Part-time means fewer than 35 weekly hours. Those working 30–34 inclusive across at least 5 days have hours comparable with full-time staff. They cannot fold encashed annual leave into gross hourly pay because leave must preserve rest, holidays and personal time.
