Answer and Application
Late-report composition amounts range S$200–S$2,500. Failure to pay may result in prosecution with up to S$10,000 court fine, up to 6 months imprisonment or both. Most appeals fail; provide valid reasons and evidence. Report immediately after learning of the accident even if the deadline has passed.
