Reporting Responsibility and Login
Employers and platform operators must report for their employees/platform workers; notify MOM through feedback if reporting is outsourced. Employers can use myMOM. Insurers, lawyers, occupiers, doctors and platform operators choose Business Users; injured employees, next of kin, trustees and platform workers choose Individual Users. Occupiers need not report another company’s employee accident but must inform that employer; they must report fatal accidents involving the public, students or self-employed persons.
Documents, Changes and Maintenance
Read the employer guide, glossary and related reporting FAQs. Some submitted fields are locked after case routing; use the online amendment request if a field is greyed out. If the service cannot be used, submit through official online feedback. Maintenance is daily 3–4am and Tuesdays/Thursdays 10–11pm. Security checks are available through ScamShield 1799; MOM does not request bank credentials or transfers by phone/email.
