Who and How Long
Employers or company representatives use Corppass with MOM-MRN assigned by the administrator under eService Access. The form takes around 10–15 minutes. Read the mandatory-notification guide for the separate 5-working-day deadline.
All Required Information
Provide company name/UEN and contact person; union name and whether consulted; employee count on submission date including citizens, PRs and foreigners; each affected worker’s name, NRIC/FIN, residential status, job, retrenchment effective date and date informed; benefit payment and amount; and job-search assistance offered.
Amending an Existing Notification
Log in to correct inaccurate details or remove a worker successfully redeployed. Employees cannot be added to an existing submission: make a new notification for newly informed workers. Use the official service; MOM does not seek bank passwords or transfers through calls/email, and ScamShield 1799 can verify suspected scams.
