Access and Transactions
Unions and platform associations use Corppass with EmPOWER assigned under eService Access; verify under Assigned eServices. The form takes 10–15 minutes. Request industrial conciliation, claim recognition from an employer/operator or seek advisory/informal consultation.
Required Information
For general conciliation provide assistance type, employer/operator and union/association contacts, dispute summary and affected staff/platform-worker count. For Section 30E executive limited representation or Section 35(3) dismissal appeal, supply company/union contacts, member and employment details, contract where relevant and dispute summary. Recognition claims require employer/operator name, UEN and address, both representatives’ contacts and the relevant union or platform-association Form A.
