Purpose and Eligible Employers
PTRG supports part-time re-employment, flexible work arrangements and structured career planning for senior workers. Introduced in the 2020 Senior Worker Support Package, it extends to 2027. Singapore-registered/incorporated businesses, societies and non-profits may apply with at least one resident worker aged 60 or above both at application and claim. Previous PTRG recipients cannot apply again.
Claim Conditions and Funding
Offer part-time re-employment to requesting eligible seniors, adopt the age-friendly workplace Tripartite Standard, formalise FWAs and SCP in HR policy, and send one senior-management and one HR representative to the respective fully funded SNEF SCP workshop sessions. SNEF is the programme partner and application channel. Funding is S$2,500 per resident senior aged 60+, capped at S$125,000 or 50 workers/company.
