ACRA requires the listed LP, partner and manager changes within 14 days. They include business activity, address, conversion, appointments and particulars. Other partners or managers may need to endorse a filing within 14 days. A public contact address must be in the same country as the residential address and cannot be a post-office box. Specified citizen and permanent-resident identity changes go to ICA.
