The four official services cover the main pass, its DP/LTVP family applications, appointment management and status checks. Candidates, appointed employment agencies or employers may submit the applicable main and family forms. The listed completion estimates are distinct from the four-week application processing expectation.

Choose the Main-Pass, Family or Issuance Transaction
The main ONE Pass application is an online application, while issuance after approval is a separate transaction. Eligible candidates may apply directly, and appointed agents or employers may apply for them. MOM permits only one work pass application per candidate at a time. Check for an existing pending application before starting another. The main application costs S$105; issuance costs S$225, with an additional S$30 Multiple Journey Visa fee where applicable.
MOM recommends family-pass applications after the main pass has been approved. Applying together is possible, but each family application fee may be lost if the main ONE Pass application is rejected. As practical preparation, keep each family member's application reference separate from the main candidate's record. The family application form is not an application for the spouse's employment permission or a substitute for completing the main pass issuance.
A candidate with Singpass can complete issuance in EP eService; without Singpass, issuance takes place at EPSC by appointment. The candidate must be in Singapore and complete issuance within six months of IPA. The four-week main application processing expectation is distinct from the minutes estimated to complete an online form. Extra assessment may take longer for outstanding-achievement cases. Follow the email request if MOM needs further information rather than submitting a duplicate application.
