Use the EntrePass Procedure Behind the Service Link
For a new EntrePass, follow the dedicated application instructions rather than assuming every transaction begins in the shared EP eService. The candidate completes the online application and pays S$105. Most cases take within six weeks, with additional time possible where MOM requests information. Approval produces an IPA; issuance is a later step requiring the candidate to be in Singapore, with S$225 payable and an applicable S$30 Multiple Journey Visa fee.
For renewal, use the renewal procedure instead of the new-application form. The holder can begin three months before expiry, and most renewals take within eight weeks. Renewal also depends on the relevant business and workforce criteria; the ten-to-twenty-minute estimate in this service directory is not an assessment of whether those criteria are met. As practical preparation, identify the renewal cycle and required financial or employment evidence before starting the transaction.
Use the status service to follow the application record, the appointment service for the required MOMSC or EPSC visit, and the enquiry channel for unresolved pass questions. These serve different purposes. EntrePass approval does not guarantee ACRA registration or any separate business licence. MOM also warns that filing family applications before the main pass is approved risks losing their application fees if EntrePass is rejected; consider that sequencing before submitting a family bundle.
