Appeal within three months only where the rejection reasons can be addressed; repeating the same information will not change the outcome. After the deadline submit a new application. Alternatively assess Singapore EP, PEP, EntrePass or Tech.Pass against their own requirements.
Who Submits and Timing
The candidate, EA or employer acting for the candidate may submit online. An authorised EA attaches a signed candidate authorisation. Most appeals are processed within four weeks, with outcome sent to the original application email.
