Full-Year Settlement and Reimbursement
Check outstanding annual tax and discuss remaining instalments with the lawyer. The purchaser-developer’s share is reimbursed under the private sale arrangement, normally handled by the lawyer. Do not assume the collective-sale agreement automatically closes the tax account.
GIRO and Proof of Payment
Cancel the appropriate GIRO arrangement through the bank or IRAS route, allowing the requested notice period.
