Key Requirements

The portal provides acknowledgements, notices and letters for the past three years through Notices/Letters and GST. A return acknowledgement is retrievable after three working days. Enable document pop-ups and use GST Filing and Applications access. If a document is unavailable, the page allows requests for up to five years with a S$20 search fee per request and S$0.30 per page. Follow IRAS’s fee and payment instructions after it confirms the amount. Download important documents when issued instead of treating portal availability as permanent record storage; the retrieval service does not replace five-year business record retention.
