Download available documents electronically first. If a document cannot be retrieved, IRAS may provide a postal duplicate for the current YA, up to four prior YAs and advanced YAs. The published search fee is S$20, with a further S$3 per certified page or S$0.30 per uncertified page. Follow IRAS’s request and payment instructions so the company reference and requested document can be matched; postal delivery is to the registered address. This duplicate service is not available after the company ceases to exist through strike-off. Save required tax notices before applying for strike-off, and ensure authorised representatives can retrieve the company’s records.
