Key Requirements

ACRA-filed name, registered address, year-end and insolvency appointments update IRAS by Friday of the following week under the stated schedule. Non-ACRA businesses notify directly. GST mailing address, partner particulars and joint-venture membership changes require notification within thirty days. A separate mailing address cannot be a foreign address or PO box. Ownership or structure changes may require cancellation and a new registration rather than merely editing a name. Check the approved GST accounting periods separately: a financial year-end update does not automatically establish the requested reporting frequency. Preserve the change acknowledgement and effective dates.
