In myTax Portal, use Account, View Account Summary and View Details for the past three years’ GST transactions. The payment service requires its own Corppass authorisation; return-preparation access alone should not be assumed sufficient. Download the statement and reconcile assessments, penalties, credits and bank payments. A bank transfer receipt and a portal credit are different checkpoints, so allow the applicable processing time and follow up unmatched amounts using the correct tax reference. Keep a copy for internal records rather than relying solely on the rolling portal history.
