96-Hour VFTF Categories
VFTF is subject to ICA assessment and prevailing entry requirements; an extension is not allowed. It covers specified nationalities/travel documents rather than every visa-required traveller.

Qualifying Documents and Return Journeys
For the India/selected-PRC category, the qualifying visa/pass is issued by or valid for Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK or USA. Selected PRC documents include the PRC Travel Document, Hong Kong DOI and Macau Travel Permit; ordinary, diplomatic, public affairs and service PRC passports are excluded from that category. A used single-journey visa may qualify on a direct return from its issuing country through Singapore to the home country, without having returned home since use.
