Organise VCC Management Around Its Own Records

Begin with the VCC structure and the operations it actually conducts. An umbrella VCC needs sub-fund records as well as its own entity information. As practical preparation, keep the VCC identifier, sub-fund identifiers, responsible officers and filing calendar together so that a change concerning one fund is not attributed to another. Use the VCC Portal and prescribed VCC forms linked by ACRA rather than selecting an ordinary-company transaction solely because its name looks similar.
