Budget VCC Fees by the Actual Transaction

Separate formation, ongoing filing and later changes when preparing a VCC budget. Reserving the name and registering the entity are different transactions. The fee schedule lists S$15 and S$8,000 respectively, with S$400 for sub-fund registration. An overseas fund transferring registration uses a different entry: S$9,000 plus S$400 per sub-fund, rather than the ordinary incorporation price.

Recurring and exceptional filings also differ. The annual return is S$1,600. A request for extra time for an AGM or annual return is a separate S$200 application, not a replacement annual-return fee. The schedule also lists S$200 for accounting-standard exemption applications and for relief concerning financial statements or the directors’ statement. Paying an application fee does not establish that the requested relief or extension will be granted.

For changes, distinguish the S$15 VCC or sub-fund name change from other information updates listed as free. A notice of error for clerical or typographical matters is S$60, while notifying revised financial statements is S$200. Charge registration is S$60.
