Use General lodgement and select the deregistration category matching the CSP or RQI. ACRA will review the submission and communicate its decision. Where a suspected breach of duties exists, the application may be held pending investigation or rejected. Cancellation should therefore not be assumed to take effect merely because a request has been submitted.
